Periodontal Therapist
Dorries initial education in the dental field began in High School, which led her to get my first dental assisting job in 2006. In 2011 I completed the Dental Hygiene program at New York University College of Dentistry. The following year I completed the Baccalaureate Degree program (with Honors) with a concentration in Education. I became a member of the team at Tribeca Dental associates in the Fall of 2019. Being able to provide my patients with the highest quality of care is something I take pride in. Helping patients achieve optimal oral health that they can maintain over time is what we strive for as Periodontal Therapists. Utilizing the latest technology and implementing practices backed by the most current research not only keeps dentistry interesting but it has become one of the most fulfilling parts about what we do. Being able to work with a patient and see them become healthy is extremely rewarding.
I’m a native New Yorker, born and raised in Staten Island. I was a competitive gymnast throughout High School and still maintain an active lifestyle through group fitness classes. I love a good DIY project, and when I have the time enjoy creating decorative desserts for my loved ones.
